If you come across content on Terramio that you believe is illegal or breaches our terms of use, you can report it to us. We review every report.

How to report

Use the form further down this page. If you would rather write to us, you can also reach us at info@terramio.app. Either way, we need the same details:

1. What is the problem? Explain why you believe the content is illegal or breaches our terms of use.

2. Where is the content? The exact web address of the page or image. You can copy it from your browser’s address bar. If there is no page, for example when a report concerns a username, the username itself or a short description of where the content can be found is enough.

3. How can we reach you? Your name and email address. Without contact details we can neither confirm receipt nor inform you of our decision. For reports concerning certain serious criminal offences you may omit these details.

4. A confirmation. The sentence: "I confirm that the information I have provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge."

What happens next

You will receive confirmation that your report has arrived.

We review the reported content. Reports are always decided by a human – we do not use automated content moderation.

You will be informed of our decision, together with information about your options if you disagree with it.

We usually process reports within seven days. Where a report indicates an immediate danger, we act at once.

What we can do

If we consider a report justified, we can make the content invisible to others, delete it, or in serious or repeated cases suspend an account. Which measure we choose depends on what is necessary to remedy the breach.

If we consider a report unjustified, the content remains unchanged. We will tell you that too.
